Description

Rustic Refuge is a cottonwood bark sculpture depicting a stylized narrow house with a steep, textured roof. The house features vertical wooden planks on its facade with small holes arranged in patterns. A circular window with an “X” design is positioned near the top center. The bottom of the house has a small, arched doorway. The carving is detailed, with natural wood tones accentuating the architectural features. The piece integrates the rough, natural edge of the wood on the right side, adding an organic contrast to the carved elements.
